Reduce the limb that has crossed the neighbours boundary in the Eastern direction by 1.5 metres to minimise chance of limb failure due to included bark unions found. Description: -Tree is approximately 7 metres tall with a spread of 10.5 to 11.5 metres from the base of the tree. Approximate measurements for the spread from the base of the tree are: -- 5.5 metres in Northern direction -- 5.7 metres in Eastern direction -- 6 metres in Southern direction -- 5 metres in Western direction - In Eastern direction, a limb of the crown is overhanging the stream and has crossed the boundary of a neighbours garden (Number 4, Shaldon Way). - There is Ivy completely covering the tree and is hiding physiological signs of damage and decay.
