Erection of two 1.8m high block work gate piers and 1.8m tall sliding gate across the driveway entrance, and 1m high fence to connect gate piers to existing 1m high boundary fence.

Replacement of boundary wall with a 2 metre timber fence. Extend side wall in brickwork to match existing and install new electronic sliding timber gate.

Catalpa - Reduce 5 x branches overhanging boudary back to the boundary fence.

1. Ash tree (on boundary fence) - Remove one substantial limb and two smaller side lateral limbs overhanging greenhouse and shed before any damage is caused. Work to be carried out by Cederdale. 1. Oak tree 1833 - 01/01080/HDC - the north side of the tree will be reduced by 2m back towards the boundary fence but not crossing it. the tree will be shaped as it previously was by SRA tree services, the tree is currently with in 1m of the roof of 22 greenhaven and blocking light. The re shaping of the tree will eliminate the risk of it becoming in contact with the pitch roof of 22 greenhaven.

1. (TB2) twin-stemmed (from ground level) beech tree - Removal of one bough from the one stem. largely on my neighbour's side of our boundary fence but with some of the trunk in my garden, and one stem leaning westwards towards my house and thus almost completely overhanging my garden. After taking advice from a tree surgeon I would like to remove one bough from the one stem, reducing the weight over my garden. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.

Replace 1.9m high fence to rear boundary with a 3m high fence

Tree group of English Oak and Horse Chestnut trees x 3 (alongside boundary fence within the land of Sian Close) -Reduce by 2-3m to all lateral growth extending towards the building only. They overhang towards and touch the property of No.10, Annes Way. Height approx 15-19m crown spread: 10m. Tree works to BS3998 (2010) All pruning wounds not to exceed 50mm in dia.

1. Common Ash - Remove two lowest branches on east side which overhang the garden back to the boundary. 2. Silver Birch (Dead) - Remove 3. Elagnus - Prune back all shrubs pushing against fence, to allow the fence to be uprighted again.

1. Oak - reduce by 25% 2. Sycamore - reduce by 25% 3. Sycamore - Fell When standing looking face on to Ramsdale House on the left hand side and on the other side of the fence line there are a collection of trees, one oak tree is particularly large and over hanging our roof dropping debris and posing a risk to the roof and the solar panels we are about to instal in the event that a branch should fall - we took advice from the tree surgeon (Ed Chapman) who suggested reducing the tree by 25%, there is another very tall sycamore tree next to this oak tree which also needs a 25% reduction. When standing looking face on to Ramsdale house on the left hand side of the drive area (within our boundary) there is a sycamore tree which the tree surgeon advised is diseased and dying and therefor poses a risk to the house and the residents. He suggested chopping it down before the risk increases.
