General pruning for health of tree and to remove any unsafe branches. Work will be carried out by a professional tree surgeon. Last maintenance was carried out by the same firm in 2017.

Amendment to approved roof and change to long strip window on front elevation pursuant to 18/02337/HOU Refurbishment of existing house to include, new insulated cladding, new insulated render, new windows. Reconstruction of existing extension with new pitched roof to replace flat roof. New rear single storey extension. Internal modernisations.
