1. T1 & T2 2 x Oak trees (identified in blue ink on sketch plan) - Prune overhanging side of Oak trees away from property by 4 m. 2. 3 x Oak Trees (identified in pink) - Reduce the remaining Oak trees over hanging the driveway back to suitable, previous growth points to reduce overhanging crown by approximately 4.5M. Reasons for work: (As specified by the client) "Obviously, the canopy of the trees has grown considerably towards our property since the survey was carried out. The trees are now leaning significantly over the boundary in close proximity to the house blocking out light. We have had to refrain from parking our vehicles under the trees because of falling debris. When fully covered with foliage of tree 1 is approximately 1.5m from the property and tree 2 is approximately 1m from the property. The other trees highlighted on the attached plan are those which require reduction due to the overhanging crown." "We have notified our neighbours, Mr and Mrs Sean Farnan, of our desire to apply for work on the oak trees in question and they didnot raise any objections."

1). Reduce one Hornbeam on left side boundary by approximately 6 metres to a final height of approximately 6 metres and a finished radius of approximately 2 metres to suitable live secondary growth to allow in light for the photovoltaic panels on the roof. 2). Reduce height of one Beech next to summerhouse by approximately 4 metres - to a final height of approximately 10 metres and a finished radius of approximately 2-3 metres - pruning to suitable live secondary growth. 3). Reduce and reshape to previous reduction points retaining smaller growth at reduction points for shape one mature Beech. Reducing by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a finish height of approximately 15 metres and a finished radius of approximately 3 metres. 4). Fell to approximately ground level triple stemmed suppressed leaning Beech on rear boundary. 5). Shorten back branches by approximately 2.5 metres giving a finish radius of approximately 4 metres to rear of house from one mature Beech back to previous reduction points, reducing . back approximately five longer branches. Remove one long limb over summerhouse approximately 20 cm in diameter from the Beech. The tree is in joint ownership between the client and owner of 41 Elvetham Road. The shortening back from the client property is part of the tree owned by the client. The removal of the limb over the summerhouse would require the consent of the owner at the adjacent property at 41 Elvetham Road.

1. 2 x Birches in centre of grass - fell and remove. 2. Hornbeam by house - reduce branches overhanging house by 4 m and raise crown up to 5 metres. 3. Gingo Bilboa - Fell and remove as it is crowded by other trees. 4. Liquidamber by garage - remove branch overhanging garage and lift lower branches to approx 4 metres. 5. Remove dead pine next to field gate. 6. 3 x beech, 2 x prunus avian, 1 x Holm Oak, 1 x Sycamore, 1 x Poplar, 1 x Oak, 1 x Maple. -Raise crowns to 5 metres on trees along field boundary. 7. 2 x birches behind garage - lift crown by 5 m and tidy. 8. Fruit trees to right of garage - thin by 30%. 9. Tree (Unknown species) to right of garage - thin by 30%. 10. Weeping willow - Pollard to previous reduction points. 11. Sycamore on left hand boundary - remove lower branch.

1. (TB2) twin-stemmed (from ground level) beech tree - Removal of one bough from the one stem. largely on my neighbour's side of our boundary fence but with some of the trunk in my garden, and one stem leaning westwards towards my house and thus almost completely overhanging my garden. After taking advice from a tree surgeon I would like to remove one bough from the one stem, reducing the weight over my garden. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.

1. Oak - reduce by 25% 2. Sycamore - reduce by 25% 3. Sycamore - Fell When standing looking face on to Ramsdale House on the left hand side and on the other side of the fence line there are a collection of trees, one oak tree is particularly large and over hanging our roof dropping debris and posing a risk to the roof and the solar panels we are about to instal in the event that a branch should fall - we took advice from the tree surgeon (Ed Chapman) who suggested reducing the tree by 25%, there is another very tall sycamore tree next to this oak tree which also needs a 25% reduction. When standing looking face on to Ramsdale house on the left hand side of the drive area (within our boundary) there is a sycamore tree which the tree surgeon advised is diseased and dying and therefor poses a risk to the house and the residents. He suggested chopping it down before the risk increases.

1. G1Group of conifers (front boundary) - Fell this group and grind out stumps It was originally planted as a hedge but not maintained by the previous owner. It provides minimal screening to the property and has lateral roots causing a trip hazard on the public footpath. Home owner will replant with a more suitable tree's/hedging for the area.

1 x Oak - Remove 1 x secondary branch over hanging fence-line to suitable growth point, crown lift to statutory heights over road/path side and removal of epicormic growth to crown break Reason for work - maintenance work listed above which we have carried out on a regular basis since moving into the house 30 years ago. Large mature Oak. One tree outside fence to garden but located within boundary to the property. Pruning of tree as it has overgrown adjacent public pathway. General pruning for health of tree and to remove any unsafe branches. Work will be carried out by a professional tree surgeon. Last maintenance was carried out by the same firm in 2017.

Amendment to approved roof and change to long strip window on front elevation pursuant to 18/02337/HOU Refurbishment of existing house to include, new insulated cladding, new insulated render, new windows. Reconstruction of existing extension with new pitched roof to replace flat roof. New rear single storey extension. Internal modernisations. New rear boundary fence to enhance security, new enlarged front drive.

1. T1- Scots Pine - Fell Dismantle to ground level to prevent further root damage to foundations of property. As discussed with the client a reduction would not be suitable on this type of tree 2. T2-Scots Pine - Fell Dismantle to ground level due to poor pruning in the past with minimal recovery causing the crown to be unbalanced. Again a reduction is not suitable for this type of tree or severe pruning 3. T3-Dead Mulberry ( 40% diebck) - Remove Cause unknown possible compaction from drive works 4. T4- small ash - fell due to the trees location to driveway although not that old this will cause future problems to driveway and house the clients would rather have the right tree in location 5. T5- small holly -fell to ground level due to location and being self seeded close to boundary
