Large mature oak (T30 on the TPO schedule) with branches overhanging and beginning to make contact with the properties to the north and south. The oak is showing low vigour from the branch tips, with some dieback and minimal foliage extension growth. Crown reduce by 2-3m to suitable growth points to give clearance to the adjacent properties. 2-3m in from the current crown dimensions foliage development has better vitality which indicates that the tree is entrenching to some extent and trying to manage itself at a smaller size such that allowing branches to dieback naturally, is not acceptable due to the location of the tree over a busy footpath and close proximity to property and private amenity space.

Discharge of conditions no.7 (levels), no.8 (Construction details of roads, footways, accesses and drainage) and no.16 (tree, hedgerow and shrub protection) for development phase 2 pursuant to outline planning permission (ref:16/01651/OUT) for up to 423 residential dwellings and a community facility. Associated vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access, drainage and landscape works, including provision of public open space and sports pitches. Provision of country park/SANG as an extension to Edenbrook Country Park.
