Discharge of condition 2 - mortar mix - pursuant to 23/01008/LBC Reinstate the integrity of the roof by replacing frost damaged, failed and end-of-life clay peg tiles to match existing on sections 2 and 3 south and sections 5 and 6 north and nib clay tiles on section 5 south and section 8 north. Removal of timber on dormer cheeks as necessary and replace lead flashings. Reinstate timber with like for like and paint with linseed oil paint to match existing (prime undercoat and top coat).

Discharge of condition 3 (materials) pursuant to 20/00590/HOU - Erection of a single storey front extension, single attached garage to side following removal of existing shed and carport, conversion of integral garage to habitable accommodation to include the replacement of the garage door with a window and alterations to the roof, dormer window to rear and three roof lights to front to facilitate the conversion of the loft to habitable accommodation to create a fourth bedroom to the property
