Partial discharge of condition 2- materials- pursuant to 17/00131/HOU 1. Remove existing south elevation (front) porch and replace with new entrance porch extension. 2. New single storey extension to north (rear) elevation. 3. Internal and external alterations and re-ordering at ground and first levels to annexe. 4. Conversion of attached timber framed barn for full residential use. 5. General repairs to the existing structure and fabric of the house, including upgrading and / or replacement of building services, removal of paint from external brickwork and repair / replacement of external render.
