(TB2) twin-stemmed (from ground level) beech tree - Removal of one bough from the one stem. largely on my neighbour's side of our boundary fence but with some of the trunk in my garden, and one stem leaning westwards towards my house and thus almost completely overhanging my garden. After taking advice from a tree surgeon I would like to remove one bough from the one stem, reducing the weight over my garden. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.

1. Oak - reduce by 25% 2. Sycamore - reduce by 25% 3. Sycamore - Fell When standing looking face on to Ramsdale House on the left hand side and on the other side of the fence line there are a collection of trees, one oak tree is particularly large and over hanging our roof dropping debris and posing a risk to the roof and the solar panels we are about to instal in the event that a branch should fall - we took advice from the tree surgeon (Ed Chapman) who suggested reducing the tree by 25%, there is another very tall sycamore tree next to this oak tree which also needs a 25% reduction. When standing looking face on to Ramsdale house on the left hand side of the drive area (within our boundary) there is a sycamore tree which the tree surgeon advised is diseased and dying and therefor poses a risk to the house and the residents. He suggested chopping it down before the risk increases.

1. (TSC1) Sweet Chestnut - Fell In my garden, which is pushing against my fence. This tree is near to a dense group of beech trees, overhangs my garden completely including directly above my summer house. I would like to fell it. Please note that if I am required to plant a replacement it cannot be in exactly the same location as TSC1 is over a main electricity supply to our road and I am not allowed to plant trees within the protected strip. Amendment to approved roof and change to long strip window on front elevation pursuant to 18/02337/HOU Refurbishment of existing house to include, new insulated cladding, new insulated render, new windows. Reconstruction of existing extension with new pitched roof to replace flat roof. New rear single storey extension. Internal modernisations. New rear boundary fence to enhance security, new enlarged front drive.

Beech T1 - remove as severe lean over over fence, cables and shared track plus large wound on main stem allowing water ingress. Scots Pine T2 - remove as top of crown completely dead and lower crown dying Scots Pine T3 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T4 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T5 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T6 - remove as severe lean, root heave and fruiting bodies on footplate. Beech T7 - Proposal to remove one of the co-dominant stems which is leaning over the house dropping leaf matter etc on the roof.

Minor Material Amendment (S73 application) for the Variation of Condition 2 attached to Reserved Matters permission 20/01885/REM dated 26.11.2020 to allow changes to approved drawings consisting of: - Amalgamation of plots 1 and 2 and associated external alterations to the elevations and parking; - Alteration of the roof profile/pitch of t garages approved with the Hazel house type (plots 61, 62 and 63); and - Installation of 1.2m hit and miss fence with planted climbers between parking spaces P47 and P48.
