Discharge of Conditions no.3 (demolition and construction management plan), no.4 (tree protection), no.5 (external materials), no.6 (surface water drainage) and no.7 (ecological enhancement plan) pursuant to planning permission (ref:21/01881/FUL) for demolition of existing detached bungalow and shed, garage reduction and erection of a four bedroom detached dwelling with one bedroom annex and associated works.

- removal and replacement of the conifer hedging on both sides of the boundary (H3C & H4C); - removal of four silver birch trees (SB1,SB2,SB3,SB4); - dead wooding of oak tree (T1B) overhanging our bungalow from the highway (not in our garden) and also dead wooding of tree (T3B)
