T3 Laburnum tree - Fell (interfering with Yew tree T2) T4 Japanese cherry - Crown thin by 10% T5 Apple tree - 15% crown thin. H1 Front hedge - Remove front hedge and replace with suitable hedging. The 3rd stem has a very sparse crown showing signs of major die back and evidence of decay at a height of approximately 4 metres within the main stem. 2. T2. Tag# 4209 Semi mature Oak - Fell approximately 300mm dia, tree is being shaded by more mature trees resulting in a thin crown and noticeable lean, root system is causing damage to fence posts. tree has little amenity or habitat value; fell tree. 5. Oak tree 1833 - 01/01080/HDC - the north side of the tree will be reduced by 2m back towards the boundary fence but not crossing it. the tree will be shaped as it previously was by SRA tree services, the tree is currently with in 1m of the roof of 22 greenhaven and blocking light. The re shaping of the tree will eliminate the risk of it becoming in contact with the pitch roof of 22 greenhaven.

1. (TB2) twin-stemmed (from ground level) beech tree - Removal of one bough from the one stem. largely on my neighbour's side of our boundary fence but with some of the trunk in my garden, and one stem leaning westwards towards my house and thus almost completely overhanging my garden. After taking advice from a tree surgeon I would like to remove one bough from the one stem, reducing the weight over my garden. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.
