Prune Sycamore to give approximately 4 metres clearance from house leaving a final radius of approximately 3.5 metres and pruning up to approximately 2 metres above apex of roof pruning to suitable live secondary growth. Lift low branches to approximately 6 metres from ground level over clients garden only by removal of small branches up to approximately 10cm maximum diameter

1. Tree 1: Oak - Reduce 4 higher over-extended limbs by 3-4 meters to secondary growth points leaving retained branch lengths of approximately 6 meters. 2. Trees 1 & 2: Oaks - Remove 10-12 small diameter low limbs extending over the house and driveway (see annotated picture). 3. Tree 3: Oak - Remove low epicormic growth over the driveway to a height of approximately 6 meters.

1. 13538 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell . severe damage to the core, tree overhanging neighbouring property. The tree congested with other tree varieties. 2. 13534 - Locust Tree - Fell. growing too close to house and hugely overgrown for the location. 3. 6 x trees - remove deadwood. Became too large for location. 4. 3 x Sweet Chestnut (red dots on plan) - Crown lift to 6 m from ground level and remove deadwood. Trees will be felled inside the garden of my property. Proposal for planting replacement trees. I will not be replanting trees in order to get more sunlight into the property and reduce the use of electricity. Currently the whole garden, including the house is in the shade due to the number of overgrown trees.

1. T1 Oak (Yaterley Common) - Remove lower limbs to trunk and remove other laterial braches growing towards house to provide clearance. 2. T2 Oak (Yaterley Common)- Remove lower two branches. 3.T3 Sweet Chestnut - Pollard to previous reduction points.

1 10 x Beech - Lift low canopy to approximately 9 m approximately 1.5 m above the height of the ridge tiles - only pruning branches on house side, retaining side lateral growth for screening.

1. 2 x Norwegian spruce (rear of the house on the left) - Fell We would like to remove these trees entirely as they move a great deal in the wind and are extremely tall. We are concerned that they may fall on the house, which is a listed building.

1. Beech Tree (T1)(tree is located in front drive way) - Fell. Tree is way to large for the location near ours and neighbours house.

1. Beech - Prune back lower branches, growing towards house to give 2 metres clearance.

1. Whitebeam - Reduce and reshape to previous reduction points retaining smaller growth at reduction points for shape. This work is historic and has been undertaken on a number of occassions in the past to endevour to maintain the tree at a size relative to the lawna nd proximity to the house. The tree is having an overbearing affect on the property and the client wishes to reduce the height and width has has been done before

T1 & T2 2 x Oak trees (identified in blue ink on sketch plan) - Prune overhanging side of Oak trees away from property by 4 m. 2. 3 x Oak Trees (identified in pink) - Reduce the remaining Oak trees over hanging the driveway back to suitable, previous growth points to reduce overhanging crown by approximately 4.5M. Reasons for work: (As specified by the client) "Obviously, the canopy of the trees has grown considerably towards our property since the survey was carried out. The trees are now leaning significantly over the boundary in close proximity to the house blocking out light. We have had to refrain from parking our vehicles under the trees because of falling debris. When fully covered with foliage of tree 1 is approximately 1.5m from the property and tree 2 is approximately 1m from the property. The other trees highlighted on the attached plan are those which require reduction due to the overhanging crown." "We have notified our neighbours, Mr and Mrs Sean Farnan, of our desire to apply for work on the oak trees in question and they didnot raise any objections."
