Discharge of Conditions no.3 (demolition and construction management plan), no.4 (tree protection), no.5 (external materials), no.6 (surface water drainage) and no.7 (ecological enhancement plan) pursuant to planning permission (ref:21/01881/FUL) for demolition of existing detached bungalow and shed, garage reduction and erection of a four bedroom detached dwelling with one bedroom annex and associated works.

Approval of Condition 4- tree protection- pursuant to 21/01175/HOU Conversion of garage into habitable accommodation to include the replacement of the garage door with two windows and double door, block up two windows on the west elevation. New pergola/barbeque area with fence and a new brick wall to the west face of the barbecue. Replacement shed and enlargement of rear patio.

T1+T2 - Pine - lift by 1m to gain 1m clearance from shed roof G1 - Lift by 1.5 - 2m to gain 3.5m Clearnance from driveway T3 - Tree has fallen and is leaning on fence. Tree is essentially being removed but if they need a measurement then 3m T4 Conifer - 2m lift to gain 4m Clarence from road T5 - Remove stake and tie from tree before it causes damage to stem, next to parking space 25 T6 - Rowan - 1m prune away from building to gain 1m Clarence G2 - Oak -Deadwood + 1-3m reduction of selective limbs to gain at least a 1m Clarence from building G2 - Holly/mixed hedging - holly hedge - Prune back by 1m and reduce in height by 2m T7 - Oak - Deadwood T8 - Oak - Deadwood G3 - Prune back branches that are growing into the grass area of garden. T10 - Norway maple - reduce by 2m

1 - Conifer (by shed) - Fell. 2 - Laurel & beach - Cut back to just above Gutter height and back to brick wall by up to 1m 3 - Cotoneaster - reduce crown and overall shape by 1m, no lifting of branches. Goat Willow - reduce crown by 2m and trim sides by same amount. Lift branches by 1m maximum 4 - Sycamore - remove lowest limb 5 - Conifer (adjacent to conifer 4) - Remove lower branches 6 - Laural hedge - cut back side of hedge by 50cm-1m 7 - Reduce front hedge down to 7ft and clip annual growth from both sides.

T1 - Crown raise by 3.5m of Beech next to shed to remove lowest overhanging limb. T2 - Twin stem sycamore remove as poorly formed with co-dominant stems. T3 - Remove Beech as poorly formed and close to property. T4 - Birch remove as very pronounced lean towards neighbours conservatory. T5 - Sycamore - remove as damage to the base and close to property. T6 - Sycamore - remove as damage at base will lead to future decay T7 - Sycamore with cavity at base pooling water so high danger of decay.

Group A - Conifers - Crown lift on the South side of trees to establish a 1m clearance of the apex of the shed roof. Tree 1 - Conifer - Remove broken stem leaning on patio fencing. Tree 2 - Holly - Reduce in height to 2m and shape sides to balance. Tree 3 - Hazel - Coppice Tree 4 - Hazel - Remove lateral stems growing over stream.

two Beech (Fagus sylvatica) - Cut back two branches pruning back to 2.5 m from the rear boundary fence i.e. the apex of the shed roof parallel to the rear fence line. This will leave a finished radius of 3.5 and 4.5 metres. Pruning back to suitable live secondary growth.

5 Trees T1 - Holly Tree - Remove as it is fighting for light against the Oak tree. The holly tree has over grown over the shed and caused water damage. T2 - Oak Tree - this is overhanging into my garden by around 8 meters, we wish to trim this back to 4m. T3 - Sycamore (i think) - Remove, its over hanging into the garden, but leaning very aggressively over. T4 - Unknown Tree - this is blocking light excessively and would like to reduce back by 3-4m T5 - Chestnut Tree - this is overhanging dangerously over my children's play area. Proposing to cut back to stump where previously cut.

Sycamore Tree - Reduction of tall thin branches back to main trunk by 2-3m Beech Tree - Reduction in overall shape by no more than a third (2-3m) Beech Tree - To trim back the lateral branches by 2-3m on the left side especially where it over hangs the garden shed.

Rowan - removal of said tree to allow replacement of existing sheds with one new slightly wider item.
