Discharge of condition 4 (Tree Protection Plan), pursuant to 23/01306/HOU - erection of single storey rear extension following demolition of conservatory and alterations to door and window to ground floor rear, blocking up of window and insertion of window to ground floor side.

Discharge of condition 4 (Tree Protection) - pursuant to 23/00728/HOU - Conversion of loft into habitable accommodation with hip to gable conversions at both ends, front and rear facing dormers and front facing Velux windows. Upgrade of all new windows and doors and new front porch canopy over new entrance door. Demolition of existing lean to structure to rear.

1. Silver birch - Crown reduce by 2.5m in height, reshape the top to match in with the new reduced canopy line. Repeat of work previously approved under 17/02838/CA and removal of central trunk which overhangs neighbouring 12 Oakland Terrance, in order to prevent damage to boundary wall and to prevent insect problem reported by neighbour as the tree overhang is close to a bedroom window.

Japanese Maple - Fell and replace with new tree, like-for-like. Tree is encroaching on neighbour's property (#7), the trunk is across both my and neighbour's fence line, damaging fence Plants in neighbour's garden are dying off, as they are not getting sufficient light due to the enormous amount of shading cast. Also concern on roots for such a large tree going under neighbour's pond and also potentially main properties. As per attached plan, the coverage of the tree is the same size as our entire garden and we are unable to grow plants for the vast for the majority of the garden. During summer, no visibility out of main bedroom window, as tree covers entire view. (To clarify, have discussed this with neighbour who is very keen for tree to be removed also.)

T1 - Purple Maple (Front of House) - Fell. Tree is very large and too close to house (High Gables). Tree roots are undermining existing driveway. The size and position restricts light to front windows of house. 2. T3 - Willow (Rear of House) - Fell. This tree is too close to existing weeping willow tree (T4). Trees are very close together so we would like to remove the smaller willow to encourage the growth of T4.

Installation of side gates, change in style of windows, roof tiles and garage doors, rear extension to kitchen; conversion of rear half of garage to form new dining space opening into kitchen, extension of existing front porch line to create larger downstairs cloakroom and removal of trees

Approval of condition 3- tree protection- pursuant to 21/02461/HOU Erection of a part two storey part first floor side extension, first floor rear extension, first floor front extension, alterations to all doors and windows and creation of additional parking space with access from the public highway

Approval of Condition 8- tree protection- pursuant to 21/00436/AMCON Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) attached to Planning Permission 18/01371/FUL dated 05/07/2019. To amend the drawings to include a bedroom 5 and associated dormer windows to plots 1 and 2 and amended gates

Approval of Condition 3- tree protection- pursuant to 21/02406/FUL Building 2 - Erection of a single storey rear extension with terrace at first floor and door to access, single storey side extension, pergola to front, alterations to fenestration to ground floor front and rear and removal of refuse enclosure Building 3 - Insertion of seven new windows in side elevation, three new windows in rear elevation, four new windows in other side elevation. Creation of cycle hub in car park, relocation of refuse stores, and associated landscaping enhancement
