Discharge of condition no. 3 (construction drawings) and condition no. 4 (materials)- pursuant to listed Building Consent (ref: 20/03025/LBC) for re-build a section of the boundary wall between Kings Cottage and Mildmay House. A new concrete footing will be laid and the wall rebuilt to the same height with 3 pillars equally spaced.
