1. T757 - tip reduce branches overhanging building by up to 4m to give 2m clearance from roof and building. This tree is in decline and the proposed work will take the branches back to healthy wood to give chance of healthy regeneration. Additionally this work will prevent damage from failing branches damaging roof and give more light to building and hence prevent damp. 2. T3428 - Tip reduce branches overhanging garden back to boundary c.3m. To relieve excessive shading.

Catalpa - Reduce 5 x branches overhanging boudary back to the boundary fence.

1. Ash tree (on boundary fence) - Remove one substantial limb and two smaller side lateral limbs overhanging greenhouse and shed before any damage is caused. Work to be carried out by Cederdale. T18 Pinus sylvestris (Scots Pine) - Remove all deadwood & storm damaged branches. 10 T19 Pinus sylvestris (Scots Pine) - Fell. 11 T20 Castanea sativa (Sweet Chestnut) - Reduce crown by 1.5m (20%) and remove all major deadwood back to boundary line. Remove all dysfunctional growth under canopy back to boundary line.
