T23 English oak: prune to give no more than 2m clearance from the fabric of the dwelling. T25 & T26 English oaks: Lateral crown reduction of their southern canopies only, to no higher than 6.5m above ground level, and no further than the garden boundary fence line. Remove deadwood as necessary.

Oak: prune to give no more than 3m clearance from the fabric of the dwelling. Crown thin by no more than 15% overall. Prune 2 limbs on the southern canopy growing towards 5 Frouds Close by approx. 3m. Crown lift those branches extending over the neighbouring gardens in Carleton Close, to no higher than 5m above ground level. Remove epicormic re-growth to no higher than 6.5m above ground level. Remove deadwood as necessary.

T1C Lawson cypress: 1 - Separation pruning/clear adjacent dwelling by no more than 2m retaining overhanging branches outside this distance 2 - Root pruning of roots within 150mm of the line from the finished floor level of the existing garage to the back edge of the existing highway kerb within the area identified on the site plan/tree protection plan. Tree works are requested, as the tree has dropped branches on the building in recent months.

T1 - English Oak - a. Crown Lift to provide 6 metres clearance from ground level, removing secondary growth only. b. Crown reduction of English Oak. 25-30m high. Spread - 25m - Reduce crown height by 1.5 - 2m and reduce lateral spread 2-2.5m to suitable re growth point, to clear conservatory roof. The tree has become large with a wide spread, overhanging the conservatory and house. The tree has had previous branch failure on the West Side. The work is proposed to reduce the tree from over the dwelling, and reduce the mechanical weight to reduce the risk of further branch failure. Crown lift to remove the dropping branches over the patio and garden, to allow more light to the down stairs windows. T2 - Scots Pine - Fell - The tree stands in the Cherry Laurel hedge in the rear garden. The tree is leaning towards the NE. There is concern over the severity of the lean, and the risk the tree poses to Aldershot Road, as it stands within falling of the Aldershot Road. My client has noticed over the years that the lean has become more and more severe, when compare the lamp post next to it. T3 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell - The tree is in poor health, with major deadwood present in the canopy. The tree is over hanging the Aldershot Road. T4 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell - The tree is in poor health, with major deadwood present in the canopy. The tree is over hanging the Aldershot Road. T5 - Scots Pine - Fell - Tree is dead.

Mature sycamore reduction (T1 on the attached plan) - Crown reduce by up to 3m in all dimensions from a starting height of 15m approx to 12m - Deadwood removed throughout - A crown spread of 20m reduced down to 17m - Crown lift canopy to the south growing towards the dwelling by 7m, by the removal of secondary branches only.

T1 - English Oak - Approx. height 20m, spread from the main the stem, on NW side 7m - Crown lift lower canopy by removing lowest primary branch into the union. and lift remaining second growth only to 5m above ground level.
