Erection of two 1.8m high block work gate piers and 1.8m tall sliding gate across the driveway entrance, and 1m high fence to connect gate piers to existing 1m high boundary fence.

Replacement of boundary wall with a 2 metre timber fence. Extend side wall in brickwork to match existing and install new electronic sliding timber gate.

Demolition of 2no side extensions and erection of a two storey extension, alterations to fenestration, detached outbuilding, 3m boundary wall and driveway alterations.

Replace 1.9m high fence to rear boundary with a 3m high fence

Widen the existing garage by 2 metres, raise the height of the garage by 0.3m, widen the entrance door and set the garage back by 0.5m, relocate the existing retaining wall 50cm to the west and removing a similar length of the boundary wall onto Lees Hill.

Remove timber gates and intermediate brick pier, re-paint rain water goods and timber fascia. Re-paint window/door frames externally and insertion of 2no. velux roof windows in south roof slope, resurfacing of hardstanding and erection of palisade fence on South boundary.

Re-build partially collapsed boundary wall and piers using existing bricks, leaving a 4 metre gap for vehicular access. Install a vehicular access gate. Install a drive and permanent parking area using permeable materials.
