Repair and stabilisation of the timber frame, including the removal of modern brick and concrete buttresses and piers. Replacement of modern in-fill bricks with handmade clay bricks. Repair of roof timbers where necessary. Replacement of roof tiles. Reinstatement of double doors to the south elevation. Replacement of some brick infill panels to the east elevation with glass panels. Installation of a shower room. Enclosure of the north extension to create a home gym with replacement roof. Installation of a log burner to the main space.
