Erection of a new boundary fence between both 1 Bramblewood Place and 8 Tavistock Road.

Demolish existing detached garage and workshop, and construct a new double garage with home office over in a new location. Replace the fence panels with a new boundary wall with infill timber panels. The existing hedge will be removed.

Erection of approximately 27 new wooden solid fence panels (width 1.83m x height 1.83m) in its place: exact style to be confirmed.
