Change of roof shape to barn end roof on original bungalow slightly raising the ridge height equal to No35 Basingbourne Road, next door. Rebuild and extension of double garage, into living accomodation (Retrospectively built) lowering of the existing roof from pitch to low barn end. Flat roof porch to link the out building to the original bungalow changing the entrance location. Rear, flat roof extention already built under permitted development.

Erection of replacement dwelling and garage, with associated parking, turning, landscaping and private amenity space (revision to development approved under Planning Permission No. 20/00969/FUL). Erection of detached single storey barn.
