Minor Material Amendment (Section 73 applciation) to vary condition no. 2 attached to Planning Permission 21/00420/AMCON dated 06/05/2021 to allow changes to some dwellings in phase 2: - amendments to elevations - amendments to roofs - amendments to frontages to create a path - raising of roof height - extension to create a sun lounge - introduction of tax windows - introduction of diamond patterns in gables - removal of rooflights and addition of side window (and viceversa)

Alteration to front elevation; - removal of lower pitched roof to be replaced with a flat roof that is in proportion with the rest of the dwelling - new entrance porch - alteration to 2 windows on the front elevation - existing single storey extension to be clad in pale sandstone. Existing house to be painted finish. Introduction of new 4-bay garage.

Erection of a single storey side and rear extension, replacement of door to ground floor side with window, provision of balcony to first floor, rear and link extension from dwelling to existing detached garage with new flat roof rooflight, single storey side extension, alterations to fenestration and insertion of two rooflights to facilitate the conversion of the existing garage to kitchen and dining area.

Variation of Condition 2 attached to Planning Permission 22/00387/HOU dated 12/07/2022 to allow the raising of the roof height of the dwelling, the insertion of one rooflight to the rear elevation and the removal of two dormer windows to front and three dormer windows to rear elevation

Internal alterations to the dwelling, conversion of garage to habitable accommodation, replacement orangery, replacement of link building roof, erection of a garage and extension of the existing driveway.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) attached to Planning Permission 19/02869/FUL dated 17/03/2020 to substitute alternative drawings for those already consented. The proposed changes comprise the following: a) Replace the square metal clad dormer windows with traditional pitched dormer windows. b) Provide new high level roof lights to the single storey family room. c) Extend the single storey family room by 2.9m. Please note that the building will still avoid the root protection area of the adjacent trees and will not impact the Arboricultural Impact Assessment previously issued. d) Provide a timber framed and clad garage and car port to replace the consented double car port. Please note that the access to the new dwelling is unchanged from the current planning consent.
