Erection of a new boundary fence between both 1 Bramblewood Place and 8 Tavistock Road.

Removal of approximately 27 (width 1.83m X 1.83 at tallest point inc trellis) existing wooden arched top fence/trellis panels due to damage, disrepair and poor security value (and any entangled vegetation/shrubs) along rear garden boundary with Queen Mary Close. Erection of approximately 27 new wooden solid fence panels (width 1.83m x height 1.83m) in its place: exact style to be confirmed.
