BT intends to install fixed line broadband electronic communications apparatus at SITE OFFICE COVE CONSTRUCTION, THACKHAMS LANE, HARTLEY WINTNEY, HOOK RG27 8JG

Provision of a temporary logistics hub at Hartland Park in support of the SLP project for a period of construction of 2 years, plus time to prepare the land before installation and reinstate it afterwards to its former state where practical. The temporary logistics hub will be required for accepting deliveries and storage of pipe, as well as to provide, among other things, staff welfare facilities, offices and parking areas. As well as storing materials, the logistics hub will include temporary facilities such as site offices, staff toilets, washing facilities, seating areas and a canteen. There will also be space to carry out activities such as fabrication, maintenance of machinery and wheel washing of trucks, to help reduce dust levels in working areas.

Construction of 8 warehouse units for for flexible industrial/commercial uses (Land Use Classes B1b/B1c/B2/B8) totalling 10,222 sqm (following the demolition of existing office buildings)
