Design of extension to match existing with windows to rear elevation and French doors to side elevation (patio side), formation of new window to side elevation of existing garage, widen existing rear external door (utility room) and forming level access / ramps to existing patio level, replace existing external sliding doors to lounge with new level access French doors , remove existing external sliding doors to dining room and infilling opening with new window to match existing and raise height of the rear decking area to form level access. Install new composite decking.
