Amendment to wording of conditions 2 and 6 pursuant to 22/00010/AMCON Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) attached to Planning Permission 20/01180/FUL dated 28/09/2021 to amend the approved plan (General Arrangement Battery Container Layout). To amend the approved plans listed in condition 2 to remove drawings associated with equipment in an earlier scheme, to substitute with updated elevational drawings and to change the height of some of the equipment.
