Amendment to wording of conditions 2 and 6 pursuant to 22/00010/AMCON Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) attached to Planning Permission 20/01180/FUL dated 28/09/2021 to amend the approved plan (General Arrangement Battery Container Layout). To amend the approved plans listed in condition 2 to remove drawings associated with equipment in an earlier scheme, to substitute with updated elevational drawings and to change the height of some of the equipment. To amend the wording of condition 6 to refer to the latest general arrangement and detailed drawing of the acoustic fence. (amended description of development).

Proposed new clubhouse and car park reconfiguration. Proposed new multi-use games area (MUGA) with floodlights and fencing. Two additional car parking areas. (Updated Flood Risk Assessment received 25 May 2018)) dated 23/08/2018 to allow alterations to the external appearance, materials palette and foundations.

1. Beech Hedge - trimmed to c.3m in height and maintained at this height. There is a Beech hedge adjacent to my property that has been allowed to grow to a height which is restricting the light onto my property and significantly overhanging my boundary. The hedge was never intended to be trees (c.27 beech trees in less than 8m) and at one stage was cut to c.8 foot. Since then it has been allowed to grow and if it continues will cause significant issues with our property. The trees/hedge are approximately 6 metres tall. The hedge is on a strip of land that is owned by Barratts Development PLC. The hedge is between my house (9 Filbert Grove) and Treen House. It is <1m from my fence boundary.

The installation of 30m high guyed slim line lattice tower, supporting an HF antenna, an aircraft warning light, together with an equipment cabin and a meter cabinet, enclosed in a compound with a gravel finish, formed by 1.1m high wooden post and rail stock proof fencing with a double vehicular access gate and development ancillary thereto.
