T1 Apple tree - Thin by 50% and selectively reduce crown by up to 4m to balance crown. T3 Laburnum tree - Fell (interfering with Yew tree T2) T4 Japanese cherry - Crown thin by 10% T5 Apple tree - 15% crown thin. H1 Front hedge - Remove front hedge and replace with suitable hedging. H2 Left side rear hedge - Remove and replace. H3 Rear hedge: - Remove and replace. H4 Leylandii hedge - Remove and replace H5 Non specific hedge - Remove and replace (low level larch lap fence and suitable hedging plants).

Catalpa - Reduce 5 x branches overhanging boudary back to the boundary fence.

The 3rd stem has a very sparse crown showing signs of major die back and evidence of decay at a height of approximately 4 metres within the main stem. 2. T2. Tag# 4209 Semi mature Oak - Fell approximately 300mm dia, tree is being shaded by more mature trees resulting in a thin crown and noticeable lean, root system is causing damage to fence posts. tree has little amenity or habitat value; fell tree. 5. T5. Tag# 4210, Mature twin Stemmed Oak -lift crown by 4 metres and reduce crown by 3 -4 metres. deadwood to be removed during reduction works. Tree has thick low hanging canopy, impeding use of the private garden and likely to make contact with dwelling in 2 -3 years that may result in damage to a roof.

1. Plum Tree - Fell (If not granted - Crown reduction of 2m and rebalance crown.) The ornamental plum tree is on my property, next to the fence adjoining No 17 Magnolia Way and approximately half way between the house and the front pavement,

Tree group of English Oak and Horse Chestnut trees x 3 (alongside boundary fence within the land of Sian Close) -Reduce by 2-3m to all lateral growth extending towards the building only.
