Moderate decay to tree roots to East side of canopy spread, placing pressure on the remaining area of tree roots. Crown reduce tree by 2 metres to suitable side growth points to reduce pressure to the rooting area of the tree. 2. T538 Tree tag: 1269 Wickham Place (Opposite Flats No.86-89) Height: 15m English oak Crown spread: 16m. Mature. Low branches over the road. Hanging branch in upper crown. Remove X 1 hanging branch from tree canopy, including target prune stub back to previous growth point. Crown Lift to 5 metres over the public carriageway. Clear lamps by 1.0 metres and clear the lit area between lamps. 3. T552 Tree Tag: 1259 Wickham Place (Flats 76-81) Height: 15m Scots Pine. Crown Spread: 9m Mature Hanging branch in the lower crown. Central leader lost in past. Hanging branch in upper crown overhanging the road. Remove Hanging Branch (RHB) Remove X 3 hanging branches from tree canopy, including target prune stub back to the previous growth point.

T1 and T2 2 x Hornbeam - To be reduced/shaped on overall canopy by 1-1.5m. Reason for works is to maintain shape and size of trees to continue allowing light into flats within close proximity.

Oak T1 - To be reduced on the North and West side of the lateral canopy to reduce the limbs overhanging the residential apartments and the balconies behind. The tree crown currently spreads 6m and will be reduced by 2m on one side to leave a crown spread of 4m. No height is to be reduced on the tree.

T1, T2, T3, T4 - Beech - Crown thin 15/20% to allow more light into flats T5 - Silver Birch - Crown thin 15/20% T6, T7 - Silver Birch near front entrance - Crown reduce by 1.5-2m T8, T9, T10, T11 - Oak - Thin by 15/20% to allow more light into property
