T1 - Scots Pine - Crown lift lower lateral branches overhanging garage to give 1-2m clearance removing secondary growth only

Demolition of existing stables/garage and erection of replacement outbuilding (comprising garage and ancillary accommodation) to serve Elm Tree Farm.

1. T1 Rowan- Fell 2. T3 Apple- re-pollard to previous pollard points 3. T4 Sycamore- Prune branches almost touching next doors garage by up to 2m.

1. Maple - Crown reduction of 4-5 m to a few feet above previous trim. As I understand it the maple tree (sketch plan highlighted in yellow) in my garden was trimmed back around 15yrs ago and new growth is presenting an issue above a garage and creates a safety concern around it in the garden. I wish to cut the tree back to a few feet above the previous trim (approx. 4-5 metres) to encourage new growth in a safe and controlled way.

T1 - Beech - Lift canopy to give 3-4m clearance T2 - Oak - Lift canopy to give 3-4m clearance T3 - Oak - Fell T4 - Oak - Lift the canopy to allow 2-3m clearance from garage roof

1 birch, which is leaning, in grass near garage - fell and remove

1. T1 T2 2x Oak - fell these previously pollarded trees as they are too close to the garage 2. T3 Acacia - fell this leaning unbalanced tree which will leave room for Oaks to grow into & prevent falling on house

1. 2 x Birches in centre of grass - fell and remove. 2. Hornbeam by house - reduce branches overhanging house by 4 m and raise crown up to 5 metres. 3. Gingo Bilboa - Fell and remove as it is crowded by other trees. 4. Liquidamber by garage - remove branch overhanging garage and lift lower branches to approx 4 metres. 5. Remove dead pine next to field gate. 6. 3 x beech, 2 x prunus avian, 1 x Holm Oak, 1 x Sycamore, 1 x Poplar, 1 x Oak, 1 x Maple. -Raise crowns to 5 metres on trees along field boundary. 7. 2 x birches behind garage - lift crown by 5 m and tidy. 8. Fruit trees to right of garage - thin by 30%. 9. Tree (Unknown species) to right of garage - thin by 30%. 10. Weeping willow - Pollard to previous reduction points. 11. Sycamore on left hand boundary - remove lower branch.

1. Scots Pine (T16 on tree survey map) - a branch overhanging a neighbouring property which is growing into their garage/annexe roof and has caused leaking damage. Tree surgeon recommended cutting branch back to existing growth point which will allow healthy growth and reduce future risk of damaging neighbouring property.

1. Conifer - Fell to ground level The reason for the tree to be felled is that it is growing close to a boundary wall over neighbours garage and is too big for its location.
