1. 4 x Oak trees (T1, T2, T3, T4), (rear right western boundary) - Reduce height by reduction to suitable lateral growth points, by up to 6 metres to leave canopy height of 18 metres. To tier tree height away from property and blend with tree line to southern aspect and cove road boundary. 2. 2 x Oak trees (T5,T6) (rear south western boundary) - reduce north eastern aspect of canopies over garden buildings, to suitable lateral growth points, by up to 5 metres, to leave canopies of 10 metres radially. To reduce lateral extension over garden buildings.

Large mature oak (T30 on the TPO schedule) with branches overhanging and beginning to make contact with the properties to the north and south. The oak is showing low vigour from the branch tips, with some dieback and minimal foliage extension growth. Crown reduce by 2-3m to suitable growth points to give clearance to the adjacent properties. 2-3m in from the current crown dimensions foliage development has better vitality which indicates that the tree is entrenching to some extent and trying to manage itself at a smaller size such that allowing branches to dieback naturally, is not acceptable due to the location of the tree over a busy footpath and close proximity to property and private amenity space.

Rear garden 1 - To reduce height of one Lawson Cypress (Chamaecyparis lawsoniana) by 6-7m (to 13-14m) i.e. by one third (the tree is 20m high). There are two woodpecker holes 3cm across in the main trunk 30cm vertically apart and when a climbing inspection was undertaken they were found to join up and also extend some 30cm down inside the main trunk. 2 - Fell to 100mm above ground level one suppressed Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) with single branch as canopy.
