Erection of two 1.8m high block work gate piers and 1.8m tall sliding gate across the driveway entrance, and 1m high fence to connect gate piers to existing 1m high boundary fence.

Replacement of boundary wall with a 2 metre timber fence. Extend side wall in brickwork to match existing and install new electronic sliding timber gate.

1. T757 - tip reduce branches overhanging building by up to 4m to give 2m clearance from roof and building. This tree is in decline and the proposed work will take the branches back to healthy wood to give chance of healthy regeneration. Additionally this work will prevent damage from failing branches damaging roof and give more light to building and hence prevent damp. 2. T3428 - Tip reduce branches overhanging garden back to boundary c.3m. To relieve excessive shading.

T1 & T2 2 x Oak trees (identified in blue ink on sketch plan) - Prune overhanging side of Oak trees away from property by 4 m. 2. 3 x Oak Trees (identified in pink) - Reduce the remaining Oak trees over hanging the driveway back to suitable, previous growth points to reduce overhanging crown by approximately 4.5M. Reasons for work: (As specified by the client) "Obviously, the canopy of the trees has grown considerably towards our property since the survey was carried out. The trees are now leaning significantly over the boundary in close proximity to the house blocking out light. We have had to refrain from parking our vehicles under the trees because of falling debris. When fully covered with foliage of tree 1 is approximately 1.5m from the property and tree 2 is approximately 1m from the property. The other trees highlighted on the attached plan are those which require reduction due to the overhanging crown." "We have notified our neighbours, Mr and Mrs Sean Farnan, of our desire to apply for work on the oak trees in question and they didnot raise any objections."

1. Oak tree 1833 - 01/01080/HDC - the north side of the tree will be reduced by 2m back towards the boundary fence but not crossing it. the tree will be shaped as it previously was by SRA tree services, the tree is currently with in 1m of the roof of 22 greenhaven and blocking light. The re shaping of the tree will eliminate the risk of it becoming in contact with the pitch roof of 22 greenhaven.

1. T1. Oak tree on back boundary (Hart District Council Tree) - Reduce 2.5m in height with a finish height of 16-16.5m. Reduce eastern side by 3m at its widest point and Western side by 2m to leave a more balanced crown and a radial spread of 6m approx. This will give the resident more light levels to property.

Replace 1.9m high fence to rear boundary with a 3m high fence
