Reasons for work: (As specified by the client) "Obviously, the canopy of the trees has grown considerably towards our property since the survey was carried out. The trees are now leaning significantly over the boundary in close proximity to the house blocking out light. We have had to refrain from parking our vehicles under the trees because of falling debris. When fully covered with foliage of tree 1 is approximately 1.5m from the property and tree 2 is approximately 1m from the property. The other trees highlighted on the attached plan are those which require reduction due to the overhanging crown." "We have notified our neighbours, Mr and Mrs Sean Farnan, of our desire to apply for work on the oak trees in question and they didnot raise any objections."
