The other trees highlighted on the attached plan are those which require reduction due to the overhanging crown." 1. Oak - remove the branches that are overhanging our roof and garden. We have recently had an infestation of squirrels nesting in our roof which has caused damage to the external roof tiles and internal roof The squirrels accessed the roof via these overhanging branches which we would like to have removed. This damage is not covered by house insurance so this preventative action will ensure we do not encounter this type of damage again.

The trees are over shadowing the clients garden and lawn. This works will allow more light into the clients garden The lifting height will be approximately level with the top of the conservatory on top of the house. 3). Silver Birch - Fell to approximately ground level one 1 dead Silver Birch near corner of football pitch.

Amendment to approved roof and change to long strip window on front elevation pursuant to 18/02337/HOU Refurbishment of existing house to include, new insulated cladding, new insulated render, new windows. Reconstruction of existing extension with new pitched roof to replace flat roof. New rear single storey extension. Internal modernisations. New rear boundary fence to enhance security, new enlarged front drive.

1. T1 - Oak - Crown thin by 15%- 20% and deadwood. Dense crown leaning over neighbours property - works to reduce wind resistance and help with shading to gardens/house.
