1. 2 x Leyland Cypress (T1 and T2) - Fell The trees are part of the boundary hedge between our house (No. 3) and our neighbours at No. 4. It is very close to both houses (actually overhanging our house) and very large. They are simply oppressive to both properties. The larger tree is already crushing our shed and making it unusable and, with age, branches have started to fall in high winds onto our roof.

1. Beech Hedge - trimmed to c.3m in height and maintained at this height. There is a Beech hedge adjacent to my property that has been allowed to grow to a height which is restricting the light onto my property and significantly overhanging my boundary. The hedge was never intended to be trees (c.27 beech trees in less than 8m) and at one stage was cut to c.8 foot. Since then it has been allowed to grow and if it continues will cause significant issues with our property. The trees/hedge are approximately 6 metres tall. The hedge is on a strip of land that is owned by Barratts Development PLC. The hedge is between my house (9 Filbert Grove) and Treen House. It is <1m from my fence boundary.

1. 2 x Multistem Trees - Fell There are 2 x Multistem trees located on the verge between the boundary of Autry House and the Highway known as Chatter Alley, directly opposite Dogmersfield School. Due to a along term water leak the ground had softened to the point where the soil was no longer able to support the tree roots and the trees have started to fall over. Hampshire highways have removed the trees that were falling towards the road, but have left the trees falling towards our boundary and we would like to remove them before they fall and damage our fence and also so they area can be repaired after damaged cause by the trees falling and Thames Water's attempt to repair the water leak.

1. Holme Oak- Remove lowest limb back to main stem. Growing out towards Thistledown house. 2. Cherry tree- Reduce left stem in by approximately 50% back to growth points. 3. Holly stem in corner. Fell to ground level. 4. Pine- Remove substantial dead wood throughout canopy. 5. Coppice hazel down to 1ft. Leaving new shoots. 6. Large beech- Remove 3 x low limbs back to main stem that are growing out over the boundary.

1 - H1 - Conifer hedge to reduce the height by 1m in line with the house gutter. 2 - T1 - Conifer sp. raise the crown by 3m, by reducing the secondary limbs back to the boundary line by 2m.

T01 - Holly on west facing corner of rear garden - 2m height reduction, and trip all round to shape. T02 - English Oak on south facing boundary of rear garden - 2.5m crown reduction to lessen crowding and to allow further daylight through for adjacent trees / shrubs while improving daylight to the neighbouring property. T03, T04, T05 - Lawson Cypress on north-west corner of rear garden - Fell cluster of three trees to prevent further crowding out of copper beech and adjacent trees. T06 - Crab Apple on south side of house - Fell as significant decay present around base. T07 - Lawson Cypress on south facing boundary - Fell to allow more space and light for other surrounding trees. T08 - Macrocarpa on south facing boundary - 4m height reduction to allow daylight through for other trees / shrubs while improving daylight to the neighbouring property. T09 - Hazel on south facing boundary - Fell as tree dying due to extensive fungi around base. T10 - Spruce on east (front) facing boundary - Raise lower canopy to 3.5m to allow daylight through for nearby trees / shrubs. T11 - Sweet Chestnut in centre of front garden - Remove first low limb on the south facing side to raise lower canopy to 3.5m and to reduce stress as this tree is heavily weighted on one side.

T1 - Lime - Remove one large branch overhanging driveway. This branch is smothered and weighed down by ivy and is at risk of falling onto the driveway (see photograph). Clear all minor branches which interfere with the path of the BT overhead cable between the roadside telegraph pole and the house. T2 - T12 - group of 11 False Cypress on southern boundary of the property. Reduce in height by up to 5m to match height of adjacent holly trees (see photograph) in order to allow more light into the garden and allow 1 x Sweet Chestnut and 1 x Lime in the same boundary line of trees to spread and flourish.

Tree 1 - Oak - Reduce lateral growth East (over neighbouring property) by 2-3m to secondary growth. Leaving retained branch lengths of 4-6m and tapering the reductions into the upper crown. Works are to improve light to the neighbouring property and reduce debris in the garden. Tree 2 - Beech (Ivy-covered, adjacent to Tree 1) - Fell The tree is suppressed by Tree 1 with no potential to fully develop. Its removal will benefit Tree 1. Tree 3 - Sweet Chestnut (rear boundary, adjacent to Holly and Pine) - Fell The tree is leaning into the adjacent Holly and Scots Pine in a congested area of the garden, its removal will create more space for the better specimens surrounding it. Tree 4 - Holly group (rear left corner) - Reduce in height to 3 metres to form hedge Works are to improve light to the neighbouring garden and maintain as a hedge. Tree 6 - Sycamore - Remove to stem lowest 4 small diameter limbs over the lawn (West) Tree 7 - Sweet Chestnut - Reduce lateral growth West (towards house) by 1-2 metres to secondary growth. Leaving retained branch lengths of 3-5 metres. Tree 8 - Beech - Reduce lateral growth West (towards house) by 1-2 metres to secondary growth. Leaving retained branch lengths of 3-5 metres. Tree 9 - Beech - Reduce lateral growth West (towards house) by 1-2 metres to secondary growth. Leaving retained branch lengths of 4-6 metres. G1 - Hollies (between T6 and T9) - Reduce in height to 4 metres. Works to Trees 6-9 and G1 are to improve light to the garden and house and attempt to contain the tree line at close to its current size. An Acer Rubrum would be planted as a replacement tree on the rear boundary in the space to the North of Tree 1

1 - Lift low branches to 6m from ground level from one English Oak (Quercus robor) in front lawn. Remove two branches towards house and one branch towards street light and the smaller sub laterals. Work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to house roof. 2 - Lift low branches to 7m from ground level from one Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) and shorten back to give 3m clearance from corner of house. Again work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to house roof. 3 - Lift low branches from three (3) Beech by side of garage to give 3m over roof. Again work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to garage roof and then house roof. 4 - Lift low branches to 6m from ground level from one Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) on boundary to right of facing house.

G1 - dismantle 35 conifer trees along the track. G2 - dismantle 6 beech trees along the garden boundary. Trees of an old hedgerow planting, leaving larger specimens. Some stems already removed as they measure less then 130mm in diameter. T1 - dismantle one conifer specimen at the rear of the garden. Low amenity value. T2 - dismantle self seeded Ash specimen growing on top of an old concrete base. G3 - fell 13 conifer trees at the rear of the property grown to large close to the house blocking out sunlight all day. G4 - dismantle 2 yew trees and 11 conifers growing over the driveway and the roof of the property shading over the house. G5 - dismantle 11 trees of beech/ash/hornbeam mix to the right of the gate entrance. G6 - dismantle 9 ash/alder trees and 1 willow tree opposite the main house by the rivers edge.
