1. 8 x Conifer trees - Fell (referred to as C1 through C8). C1 - request to remove as C1 is interfering with a mature Maple tree located just the other side of the fence on the neighbour property Pineview. C2 - request to remove as interfering with established trees. Excessive shading and low amenity value. C3 - C8. Conifers in a line, bordering with the neighbouring property Penralt. These conifers have now reached house height. Request to remove, as they are impacting on the fence between the two properties and sit on a line above the main drainage pipe for Amberleigh House property.

Beech T1 - remove as severe lean over over fence, cables and shared track plus large wound on main stem allowing water ingress. Scots Pine T2 - remove as top of crown completely dead and lower crown dying Scots Pine T3 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T4 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T5 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T6 - remove as severe lean, root heave and fruiting bodies on footplate. Beech T7 - Proposal to remove one of the co-dominant stems which is leaning over the house dropping leaf matter etc on the roof.

Oak tree situated in the field behind the house - Crown raise 3 limbs by no more than 3m to match the other side. These limbs are overhanging the fence.

Oak (T10) - Undertake a selective reduction of the lateral branches growing to the southwest over Pine House by up to 1.5m. Sweet Chestnut sapling (T11) - Remove all lateral branches back to the fence line.

G1 - fell group of 4 Cypress trees T1 - Fell one dead Willow T2/T3 - lift Beech to 5m and thin by 15% T4 - Chestnut - lift to 5m and give 2m clearance from house G2 - lift group of Oak and Beech along front fence line to 5m
