1 - Lift low branches to 6m from ground level from one English Oak (Quercus robor) in front lawn. Remove two branches towards house and one branch towards street light and the smaller sub laterals. Work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to house roof. 2 - Lift low branches to 7m from ground level from one Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) and shorten back to give 3m clearance from corner of house. Again work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to house roof. 3 - Lift low branches from three (3) Beech by side of garage to give 3m over roof. Again work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to garage roof and then house roof. 4 - Lift low branches to 6m from ground level from one Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) on boundary to right of facing house.

To fell T012 Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) - Fungal fruit bodies are at the base of the tree. One Sparassis crispa (Cauliflower fungus) is observed at the north west and one possible Armillaria sp. (Honey fungus) is observed north east facing. There is high crown lift, therefore increased load on decaying roots, trunk morphology, and with excessive buttressing which also indicates decay. There are 3 historical large branch failures, and a small degree of lean south east towards the garage and house. T017 Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) - To remove one Over-extended branches present over the garage.

T1 - Willow - Reduce height by 4 metres, Reduce lowest branch back to previous pruning points. T2 - Ash - Reduce back to previous pruning points, Remove 2 lowest branches and reduce secondary branching to give 2 metre clearance from outbuilding roof. T3 - Silver Birch - Reduce by 3 metres back to previous pruning points and reduce by 1.5 to 2 metres off the lateral growth towards garden/house. T4 - Pear - Reduce laterals by 2 metres growing over garage and 2 metres clearance from the fabric of the house T5 - Yew - Remove T6 - Pine - Remove the smaller of the two pines T7 - Silver Birch - 4 metre reduction T8 - Rear boundary hedge - Reduce back 1.5 metres further than the previous pruning points.

Cedar - trim back/cut back branches from the garage and the house by 2-3metres

G1 Group of Norway Maples - Trees stand at approx - 20-25m tall, we wish to crown lift three trees to 4-5m, removing lowest laterals into the main stem. T2 - Norway Maple - a. Crown lift Norway Maple, which over hangs the garage tree to 4-5m above ground level, removing the three lowest limbs on south side the tree. b. Remove single lateral limb on the North side, over hanging the power lines back into the stem. T3 - Section-fell Single Norway Maple to ground level, to allow more light through the wooded area between the garage and out house.

SWEET CHESTNUT (T1506) - Remove lower branch. Selective lateral tip reduction over garage by 3/4m back to suitable growth points. SWEET CHESTNUT (T1507) - Selective lateral tip reduction over garage by 3m back to suitable growth points. Thin crown by 20%. SWEET CHESTNUT (T1510) - In decline. Fell to ground level under control. SWEET CHESTNUT (T1511) - Crown lift to a maximum height of 10m, Selective tip reduction over conservatory by 1.5m back to suitable growth points with finished cuts no more than 75mm in diameter & crown thin by 10%. SWEET CHESTNUT (T1515) - Crown lift to a maximum height of 10m, selective tip reduction over conservatory by 1.5m back to suitable growth points with finished cuts no more than 75mm in diameter & crown thin by 10%. SWEET CHESTNUT (T1516) - Crown lift to a maximum height of 10m, selective tip reduction over conservatory by 1.5m back to suitable growth points with finished cuts no more than 75mm in diameter. Crown clean. BEECH (T1517) - Crown lift to a maximum height of 8m, selective tip reduction over conservatory by 1.5m back to suitable growth points with finished cuts no more than 75mm in diameter & crown clean. SWEET CHESTNUT (T1436) - Crown lift to a maximum height of 10m, selective tip reduction over house by 1.5m back to suitable growth points with finished cuts no more than 75mm in diameter & crown thin by 10%. SWEET CHESTNUT (1439) - Lightning damage to one stem with severe decay - Remove at fork. BEECH (T1440) - Suffering from Ganoderma. Fell to ground level under control.

Beech and Oak sapling - Fell to ground level Sycamore - Fell to ground level Fell to ground level the Conifers in the hedge line and reduce the height of the Holly canopies As marked on the plan lift the lowest Oak branch over the garage and remove the branch that is being heavily rubbed. Lift the canopy of the Oak tree in the rear garden behind the house to 3.5m by only removing secondary growth

Front garden 1. Lift low branches to approx 5.5m from ground level over drive on south side of two Beech trees and lift to clear garage (NE) by 2m. This would primarily be achieved by the removal of 1 rubbing branch. 2. Remove hanging branch from one Aspen (Populus tremble) and shorten back from house to give 2m clearance pruning to suitable live secondary growth. Rear: 3. Fell to approximately ground level 2 Lawson Cypress (Chamaeccyparis lawsoniana) and 3 Western Hemlocks forming a high hedge by side of house. 4. Fell to approximately ground level one Goat Willow and one Silver Birch (Betula pendular) 5. Fell to approximately ground level two Beech which formed part of an old hedge

After discussions with a professional arborist we wish to undertake the following work: 1) approximately 50% reduction in height & 20% side reduction of an overgrown bay tree which has grown into an adjacent tree & is encroaching over entrance gate to property 2) reduction in height of eucalyptus to the previous pollarded height 3) removal of tall conifer right against side wall of house that arborist advises should be removed 4) removal of plum tree that is very close to and increasingly overhanging garage block and shed. Its root system is affecting the retaining wall & arborist advises tree should be removed.
