1. Yew (T1) - Fell Growing across sycamore with severe rubbing on both stems. Fell to ground level as tree is within close proximity to the house (within 2m) and causing paving slabs to lift 2. Sycamore (T2) - Fell mature specimen with yew tree causing a large rubbing wound on stem. Fell to ground level as tree is within close proximity of the house and numerous branches are close to touching the roof line. Both trees will be replaced with 2 x Oak trees at 1.5m in height and planted at the back of the garden along the boundary line

1. 2 x Leyland Cypress (T1 and T2) - Fell The trees are part of the boundary hedge between our house (No. 3) and our neighbours at No. 4. It is very close to both houses (actually overhanging our house) and very large. They are simply oppressive to both properties. The larger tree is already crushing our shed and making it unusable and, with age, branches have started to fall in high winds onto our roof.

Beech T1 - remove as severe lean over over fence, cables and shared track plus large wound on main stem allowing water ingress. Scots Pine T2 - remove as top of crown completely dead and lower crown dying Scots Pine T3 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T4 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T5 - remove to reduce excessive shading Scots Pine T6 - remove as severe lean, root heave and fruiting bodies on footplate. Beech T7 - Proposal to remove one of the co-dominant stems which is leaning over the house dropping leaf matter etc on the roof.

1). Remove 6 lowest branches towards road and over garden from one Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) and shorten back one long limb over house by approximately 3 metres to suitable live secondary growth. Lifting low canopy to approximately 1.5 to 2 metres above the apex of roof or from ground level approximately 12 metres as the tree is having an over bearing effect on the property

T1 & T2 - Lombardy Poplars - large dead wood to be removed T3 - Oak - Fell T4 &T5 - European Beech & Common Hornbeam - crown reduction by 2-3m to prevent branch damage T6 - Scouler Willow - Crown partial reduction by 2-3m to prevent damage to building roof and guttering T7 - Crab Apple - small partial reduction by 2-3m to prevent damage to garage roof T8 - European Plum - partial crown reduction by 2-3m to reduce the size of the tree next to the house.

Tree 20349 on the plan for TPO HDC 1089-2001 - Himalayan Spruce - 1) cut back branch that extends towards the chimney to a length of 3.5m maximum, 2) cut back branch that extends to almost the ridge of the roof to a length of 2.6m maximum, 3) cut back branch that extends to almost the ridge of the roof to a length of 2.6m maximum and 4) cut back branch that extends towards the front corner of the house to a length of 2.6m maximum

T1 - English Oak - a. Crown Lift to provide 6 metres clearance from ground level, removing secondary growth only. b. Crown reduction of English Oak. 25-30m high. Spread - 25m - Reduce crown height by 1.5 - 2m and reduce lateral spread 2-2.5m to suitable re growth point, to clear conservatory roof. The tree has become large with a wide spread, overhanging the conservatory and house. The tree has had previous branch failure on the West Side. The work is proposed to reduce the tree from over the dwelling, and reduce the mechanical weight to reduce the risk of further branch failure. Crown lift to remove the dropping branches over the patio and garden, to allow more light to the down stairs windows. T2 - Scots Pine - Fell - The tree stands in the Cherry Laurel hedge in the rear garden. The tree is leaning towards the NE. There is concern over the severity of the lean, and the risk the tree poses to Aldershot Road, as it stands within falling of the Aldershot Road. My client has noticed over the years that the lean has become more and more severe, when compare the lamp post next to it. T3 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell - The tree is in poor health, with major deadwood present in the canopy. The tree is over hanging the Aldershot Road. T4 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell - The tree is in poor health, with major deadwood present in the canopy. The tree is over hanging the Aldershot Road. T5 - Scots Pine - Fell - Tree is dead.

1 - Lift low branches to 6m from ground level from one English Oak (Quercus robor) in front lawn. Remove two branches towards house and one branch towards street light and the smaller sub laterals. Work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to house roof. 2 - Lift low branches to 7m from ground level from one Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) and shorten back to give 3m clearance from corner of house. Again work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to house roof. 3 - Lift low branches from three (3) Beech by side of garage to give 3m over roof. Again work in part being undertaken to stop squirrels jumping from tree on to garage roof and then house roof. 4 - Lift low branches to 6m from ground level from one Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) on boundary to right of facing house.
