The amendments proposed are: - Increase to height of the building by 1.5m - Two storey side addition to the rear projection of the building - Introduction of front roof extension and two dormers to rear projection - Alterations to openings to front elevation of building, rear elevation of rear projection and introduction of 4 windows and two doorways (fire exits) - Installation of three roof lights - 332 sqm of floorspace at 1st floor for ancillary spaces to car showroom
