Section 73 application for the variation of conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of planning permission H/2018/0330 (gas powered electricity generator and related infrastructure) to amend the approved details including reduction in length of main building, increase in length and width of radiator bank, amendment to stack layout and design, amendment to site levels, and removal of gas kiosk and transformer; and provide additional details with respect to elevation treatments, ancillary structures, acoustic fencing, boundary enclosures, site levels, retaining walls, external staircases and walkways, hard and soft landscaping, external lighting and construction management.
