G1. 2no. OAKS (T1 and T2) rooted in 9/10 Blattner Close. Targeted pruning to the selected branches that are causing interference with the roof of 10 Blattner Close to achieve a 1-1.5m clearance from the roof of 10 Blattner Close.

APPLICATION WITHDRAWN. T1 BLUE CEDAR. Reduce branches on the south eastern side of the tree. This would consist of reducing southern branches over the front of the property from 9m to 7.5m. The lowest branch over the driveway to reduce from 10m to 8m. Branches on the Eastern side, over the roof, to reduce from 9m to 7.5m. To reduce 2no. branches on the Northern side from 9m to 7.5m.

T1-Oak- Reduce crown by 20%. The overall spread after pruning will be 10m and 14m in height. This will be 'target' pruning for the area touching the neighbours roof.

G9 3no. ROBINIA. Crown lift by 4m, crown thin by 10% and shorten 1 lateral branch over roof by 0.5m as annotated photograph.

T1 COPPER BEECH. Ht 16m. Prune away from client's roof to provide 2m clearance, prune branches that overhang drive back to front of garage, reduce side of crown over 80a by 1.5m. Crown lift low branches to gutter height. T2 BIRCH. Fell.

T1 OAK. Reduce lateral growth from 20m x 18m to 14m x 12.5m approximately 30%, to nearest suitable growing point. T2, T3, T4 - Ash Trees re-pollard back to previous pollarding points. Current Situation - No work has been done on these tree for approximately 15 years as mentioned by neighbors and T1 is touching neighbor's roof on Elmroyd Close raising concerns from neighbors. We have moved to property last year and it's a concern for our kids to play in garden due to overgrowth. T4 Ash dead woods are almost touching ourgarden ground level. So for health and safety of family and neighbors, these trees need maintenance.
