Listed Building Consent - The proposals consist of minimal 'light touch' internal alterations at first floor and loft level to create an additional guest bedroom within the barn. The creation of a new access stair and sensitive internal wall partitions would create an attractive guest bedroom area within the loft level. A section of existing wall would be carefully removed at loft level to link the spaces but all other areas would retain the original walls.
