Listed Building Consent - The proposals consist of minimal 'light touch' internal alterations at first floor and loft level to create an additional guest bedroom within the barn. The creation of a new access stair and sensitive internal wall partitions would create an attractive guest bedroom area within the loft level. A section of existing wall would be carefully removed at loft level to link the spaces but all other areas would retain the original walls. The proposals include the creation of 3no. conservation rooflights both for means of escape, ventilation and natural light penetration.
