Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/19/1360 (Conversion of redundant agricultural barn to dwelling and erection of single storey extension with landscaping, parking and creation of new access onto Hammerpond Road) to allow for alterations to the previously approved plans.

Non Material Amendment to previously approved application DC/20/0716 (Part demolition of central part of the agricultural building and conversion of the remaining parts of the building to create 2No. 3 bedroom dwellings and 2No. 4 bedroom dwellings with associated external alterations, car parking and landscaping) to allow for amendments to plans previously submitted.

Demolition of 2no agricultural/commercial buildings and 2no residential dwellings. Erection of 4no dwellinghouses and the conversion and alteration of 1no Sussex Barn to form 1no residential dwelling together with detached garages/carports, new access and associated landscaping.

Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/20/1318 (Variation of condition 1 of previously approved application DC/18/1710 (Erection of an agricultural workers dwelling incorporating a farm office following the removal of a mobile home, storage container, sheds, stables and extension to existing bungalow) for external amendments, including the relocation of bi-fold doors to the front elevation and window to the rear, and alterations to the depth of the windows to the utility, bathroom and en-suite)) to allow for the installation of an air source heat pump and other minor amendments to dwelling.

Variation of Conditions 1 and 4 of previously approved application DC/18/2437 (Erection of replacement general-purpose agricultural storage building) to allow for minor alterations and additions to the elevation(s) and floor plan and for part of the agricultural building to be used for tastings, administration and wine sales ancillary to the main agricultural use of the building and in association with the vineyard business operating from the site and to allow for the provision of staff and visitor facilities within the building.

Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/20/0504 (Erection of a 6.7m wide by 20.1m long by 2.9m high clear plastic poly tunnel on agricultural land) Relating to size alterations to the poly tunnel approved.

Application to confirm the lawful commencement of application DC/14/1030 (Conversion of redundant farm buildings to form residential dwelling, including internal and external alterations, retaining 2 further farm buildings for use as annexe and garden store and external landscaping).
