Minor alterations incuding the removal of 2 existing sycamore trees, removal of a section of existing hedge and replace with new hedging and construction of a 1.0m high picket fence. Closing off the existing steps to the Barn on Plot 1, re-instate the existing brick/stone walls and steps. Adjustment of the boundary position between plots 1 & 2. Minor internal alterations to Plot 2 incuding lowering the window sills to 4 existing windows on the south elevation installation of 3 rooflights, enlargement of proposed hall.
