Conversion of garage into habitable living space; removal of existing garage door and installation of window and brickwork (Retrospective).

Removal of existing garage. Erection of a single storey side and rear extension. Addition of a pitched roof over existing first floor rear projection. Installation of new window to side at ground floor level. Roof alterations including removal of part of roof to rear, hip to gable roof extensions to sides and installation of a rooflight to allow for loft conversion and associated works.
