Alterations to existing Cottage building including erection of a porch. Closure of existing access and upgrading existing gated opening to form main access with associated landscaping.

Demolition of existing garage building and erection of a replacement relocated detached car barn. Rebuilding of existing brick piers and refurbishment of entrance gates, construction of new brick piers and provision of new matching gates and opening up of existing second entrance. Re-location of oil and LPG tanks, alterations to driveway with associated landscaping works to the front garden area.
