Closing off the existing steps to the Barn on Plot 1, re-instate the existing brick/stone walls and steps. Adjustment of the boundary position between plots 1 & 2. Minor internal alterations to Plot 2 incuding lowering the window sills to 4 existing windows on the south elevation installation of 3 rooflights, enlargement of proposed hall. Re-configure bedroom 4, first floor arrangement to bedroom 2 and the adjacent bathroom, re-configure the ground floor WC and utility room and to re-configure the proposed first floor layout (Listed Building Consent).
