Variation of Condition 1 of previously approved application DC/22/0019 (Erection of part two-storey, part single storey side and rear extensions and associated alterations) to allow for amendments to the approved development altering the design from two storey to single storey.

Variation of Conditions 1 and 12 of previously approved application DC/19/2370 (Demolition of existing garage and erection of an attached 3.No bedroom dwelling to the side of existing dwellinghouse. Erection of a single storey rear extension and front porch canopy. Installation of front and rear roof windows, alteration to roof and creation of new vehicle access and car parking) to allow for fenestration change, external services cupboard and full permitted development rights to be re-instated in relation to the existing property on site.

Removal of conditions 4 and 5 from planning permission HF/38/00 (Erection of one bungalow) in order for the dwelling to benefit from permitted development rights for extensions, alterations and outbuildings.

Removal of condition 8 and 9 of previously approved application RS/59/03 (Extension to and conversion of buildings into 1 dwelling) to allow for the reinstatement of permitted development rights.
