Demolition of existing western wing and store. Erection of a two storey side extension. Blocking up of existing and creation of new openings and construction of a single storey glazed link. Alterations to existing Cottage building including erection of a porch. Closure of existing access and upgrading existing gated opening to form main access with associated landscaping.

Demolition of existing garage building and erection of a replacement relocated detached car barn. Rebuilding of existing brick piers and refurbishment of entrance gates, construction of new brick piers and provision of new matching gates and opening up of existing second entrance. Re-location of oil and LPG tanks, alterations to driveway with associated landscaping works to the front garden area.

Demolition of existing rear extensions and erection of a part two-storey, part single storey rear extension and erection of a first floor side extension over existing garage. Addition of a front porch canopy, erection of a front boundary wall, landscaping works and associated alterations.

Non-material amendment to previously approved application DC/20/1073 (Erection of 3no. 4 bedroom dwellings with associated landscaping, vehicle access and car parking) to allow for amendments to external materials for plot 2 front elevation from all facing bricks to vertical tile hanging on the first floor element and facing bricks on the ground floor element. Alteration to the the external materials for plot 3 front elevation from all facing bricks to vertical tile hanging on the bay projection with render and black timber details on the first floor element and facing bricks on the ground floor element.

Non Material Amendment to previously approved application DC/18/2002 (Erection of 2 x 3 bedroom dwellings with on-site parking and associated landscaping) to allow for alterations to the design and form of the dwelling on Plot 2, relocation of parking spaces from the front to the side and amendments to landscaping.
