1. Erection of 2.56m high timber fence on boundary of 141 and 143 Grosvenor Road (to replace existing 2m high fence); 2. Construction of decking area within rear garden of no. 141.

1) Construction of a hip to gable loft conversion with flat roofed rear dormer. 2) Replacement of first floor hipped roof with flat fibreglass roof. 3) Construction of ground floor side extension to meet newly converted garage. 4) Construction of replacement front gates/railings/wall (1.6m (max) high). Modifications to the existing front canopy to create an enclosed vestibule, creation of a vehicle crossover to Hymers Avenue to create front garden parking for EV charging and construction of dormer extension to rear (5.9m wide x 4.6m long x 2.6m high)

Construction of new entrance to the flats on the first and second floor and creation of one additional flat.
